How it all started...
Living Waters has been around for more than 100 years, but under other names and other locations prior to now. What began as church services in the homes of members prior to 1882, quickly grew into the Methodist Episcopal Church. God brought us through many renovations, moves and changes to where we are now, as Living Waters: A Global Methodist Church. Our final move to our brand new facility pictured to the right on Eagles Nest Rd, came in 2006. We are in the process of updating our building to reflect the change to the Global Methodist Church this past summer.
Expanding the vision...
As we continue to grow and live into the vision God has given us of being "Alive in Christ: Reaching Up, Reaching Out! God's Love in Action", we constantly look for ways we can minister to one another locally and around the world.
Where we are headed...
Every year, we reevaluate our ministries and see where God would like us to follow. Living Waters seeks to connect with every age group in their own unique way to help grow disciples of Jesus Christ, as well as draw in our neighbors to the family of God. We continue to provide relevant messages and worship, Bible studies, food distributions, after school youth programs, and we look forward to our future opportunities in the Indian River and surrounding areas.
